Step by step
-
Open the work report
On the work order, tap Start work report. If the location or the kind of work asks for an LMRA, the button says Fill in the LMRA and start: answer the questions first. If you choose Stop on a critical question, you cannot start and the planner gets a notification.
-
Start work
Start work puts the work report in progress and starts your hours. Pause stops the hours and Resume starts them again. Forgot to start, or booking travel time? Choose Enter hours afterwards.
-
Add materials
On the Material tab, search in My van or in All items, by name, number or barcode. Fill in the quantity, and optionally the serial number and the asset. Materials from your van come off the stock of your van.
-
Write the report
On the Report tab you fill in the complaint, the cause, the findings, the work performed and your advice to the customer. If the voice report is on, you can also record it: Servaro makes a proposal and you choose what to take over.
-
Fill in checklists and take photos
Under Checklists are the measurements and checklists for the assets of the visit; deviations show straight away. For each photo you choose what it shows, which asset it belongs to and whether the customer may see it. For a breakdown your company may ask for a minimum number of photos.
-
Complete
Record extra work you agree with the customer under Extra. Then choose Complete: the Check shows what is still missing. Choose Done or Follow-up visit needed with the reason, have the customer sign and tap Complete work report. That stops the hours and sends the work report.
Good to know
- After completion, only the office changes the work report.
- On a visit with several work orders you divide the time with Split time: equally, or in minutes per work order.
- At an asset you look up the fault code from the display in your company's own list.
- If the customer reads another language than you, AI can translate your report. Approve the translation before you complete.
- After completing, Check out lets the customer pay straight away, if your company uses it.
