Inspection
Two protocols
Combustion appliance maintenance (NEN 3028) for the boiler, water heater or air heater, and central heating maintenance (NEN-EN 12828) for the system around it. Servaro suggests them for a work order with a boiler.

Interval
On time every year
By default every 12 months. The maintenance plan creates the work orders on time, so no boiler in your maintenance contracts is skipped.

Report
Signed report
Once completed, Servaro issues the report as a PDF, in versions and with a signature. Your customer finds it in the customer portal.

Defects
From deviation to repair
With one click, a deviation such as a leaking flue or a missing carbon monoxide alarm becomes a defect with a priority and a deadline. From there you create a quote or a repair work order.
The protocols
What the technician works through
A measurement shows its unit and limits while it is filled in, such as a system pressure between 1 and 2.5 bar. A photo is required for a deviation on the flue or the air supply.
- Appliance: room-sealed or open-flued boiler, water heater or air heater, following the manufacturer's instructions
- Gas: gas tightness and inlet pressure in mbar
- Combustion: burner and heat exchanger, ignition and flame, CO₂ in % and CO in ppm
- Flue and air supply: sealed and secured, clear air supply and terminal, condensate drain
- Safety devices: working, no flue gas spillage, carbon monoxide alarm present
- Central heating: system pressure, expansion vessel, safety valve, circulation, controls and advice for the customer

Contracts that create the work orders themselves
Record per customer which boilers the contract covers and how often they are serviced. Servaro creates the work orders on time; maintenance at the same location in the same month becomes one work order. More about maintenance and contracts
