A company with 8 technicians and 2 people in the office has 10 users and chooses Team: €249 per month, about €25 per user. That includes all features: inspections, F-gases, planning, app, stock, quotes, invoicing and text messages. No modules, separate text message bundles or set-up costs on top.

Good to know
Who counts as a user?
Every active user from your own company counts as one, technician or office, including a subcontractor with their own login. Deactivated users do not count. Your customers do not count. The customer portal is free for your customers.
What if we go over the limit of our plan?
We count the highest number of users in the month. If you go over the limit, you have a month before the next plan applies.
How does the trial work?
You try Servaro free for 30 days, with all features. After that you pay per month and can cancel monthly.
What do text messages cost?
Nothing extra. Text messages to your customers, such as "technician on the way", are included with normal use.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. There is no annual contract. You cancel as of the end of the month.
Are there set-up or implementation costs?
No. You set up Servaro yourself with the set-up checklist and import your data from Excel or CSV. Help by phone and email is included.
How do I pay?
Monthly, via Mollie. All prices exclude VAT.
