Implementation step by step: from request to your first work order
You set up Servaro yourself, in four steps. There is no need for a consultant or a project lasting months, and there are no implementation fees. If you get stuck, we help you by phone and email.
Four steps
What you do and roughly how long it takes
All in all it is a few hours of work, spread over the days that suit you. You set the pace.

Sign up
About 5 minutes
You request the trial on this site. Within one working day we contact you and set up your environment. You then receive an invitation by email to create your account.

Import
About 1 to 2 hours
You import customers, contacts, locations, assets and items from Excel or CSV. Servaro suggests how the columns map, checks every row and shows errors before anything is saved.

Set up
About half a day
The set-up checklist on your dashboard takes you through everything: company details, branding, users, rates, email and the link with your accounting software. Your technicians install the app on their phones.

First work order
About 15 minutes
You create a work order, schedule it on the planning board and the technician sees it straight away in the app. After the work report with photos and signature, you create the invoice.
The times are a guide. How long importing and setting up take depends on how much data you bring along.

Costs
No implementation fees
There are no start-up or implementation fees. You try Servaro free for 30 days and then only pay for your plan each month. Help by phone and email is included.
Switching from other software
For the exports of several widely used software packages, Servaro has ready-made column mappings. You can roll back an import as long as no work report or other work is linked to the new data yet.
