Call-out
By phone, by email or from a maintenance plan. Servaro recognises the customer and creates a work order.

Inspections and QR labels
Inspections to the standard, recorded per asset
Every asset gets a QR label. The technician scans it, sees the previous inspection and fills in the form for that trade. The signed report goes to the customer and the next inspection is already scheduled.

Technician app
Made for the technician, even in a basement without signal
The app for iPhone, Android and tablet shows the technician where to go and what needs doing. It also works offline and sends everything once there is a connection again.

Can I import my data?
Yes. You import customers, contacts, sites, installations and items from Excel or CSV, with a preview and clear error messages.
Does the technician app work without internet?
Yes. The day's work reports are on the phone. Whatever the technician fills in without signal is sent once there is a connection again.
Which accounting software does it connect to?
Exact Online. Or you invoice entirely in Servaro, with payment links, reminders and a VAT overview. All integrations
Where is my data stored?

What does an extra user cost?
