Privacy Statement

This statement is about the website servaro.nl. The Servaro app itself has a separate privacy statement and a data processing agreement with every customer.
Who we are
Servaro is a product of Netwerkplek IT B.V. (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 85523968). Please send questions about privacy to info@servaro.nl.
Cookies on servaro.nl
Servaro.nl does not place cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. The website loads no scripts from other parties; the font is on our own server too. The request form uses a small script of our own that collects nothing. The web app and the customer portal use functional cookies. Read the cookie policy.
Server logs
Like every web server, our web server records which pages are requested, with the IP address, the time and the browser. We use this only to detect faults and abuse. The logs are deleted after 14 days at the most. The server is in the Netherlands.
If you fill in the form, email or call
If you request a demo or trial, ask a question through the form or contact us in another way, we use your details only to answer you and to arrange the demo or trial with you. We do not share them with others for their own purposes.
Through the form we receive what you fill in: your name, company, email address and, if you enter them, your phone number, the number of technicians, your trade and your comment. We also store the type of request, the page you sent the form from, the language of the website and when you agreed to this statement. We do not store your IP address with your request. To prevent abuse, our server counts how many requests come from an IP address; that count expires after one day at the most.
The request is stored in the Servaro database on our own servers in the Netherlands. We receive an email about it in our own mailbox, and you receive a short confirmation. We send those emails through our email provider Brevo, which processes them only on our instructions.
If nothing comes of it, the server deletes your request automatically 12 months after receipt. We clear the email about your request within the same period. If you would like us to delete your details sooner, let us know. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details for as long as we work together.
Your rights
You may ask us which details we hold about you, and have them corrected or deleted. To do so, email info@servaro.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
