Inspections and QR labels
Checks and maintenance to the standard, recorded per asset
Servaro records your own checks and maintenance with rule sets per trade. The technician scans the QR label, fills in the right form and the report goes straight to the customer. The next visit is then already scheduled.
Rule sets
The right form for every trade
A rule set determines what is checked, which interval applies and what the report looks like. One customer can have installations from several trades.

-
Every job
Checklists and LMRA
Standard maintenance checklists and an LMRA (last-minute risk assessment), so every technician works the same way.
QR labels
A Servaro label on every asset
Instead of just a date sticker, every asset gets a QR label. Whoever scans it sees right away which asset it is and what is going on.
-
Labels from Servaro
Servaro supplies the QR labels as a PDF for sticker sheets. You print them and stick them on the asset.
-
Scan and tick off
The technician scans every asset in the app and ticks off what has been inspected. That way nothing is skipped.
-
History per asset
Every inspection, repair, photo and change of owner is on the asset's timeline.
-
Photos and documents
Photos per installation and asset, with a gallery in the portal and in the app.
F-gases
Leak checks on time, logbook in order
For refrigeration and HVAC companies, Servaro calculates the CO2 equivalent per circuit and schedules the leak checks under Regulation (EU) 2024/573.
Based on the standards
The rule sets are based on the standards and the F-gas Regulation. Servaro is not an inspection body and certifies nothing: it records your checks and maintenance. You keep certificates from independent inspection bodies with the asset, with their expiry date.
Intervals and reports
Never forget a check again
-
Next inspection scheduled
After every check, Servaro sets the next date. Maintenance plans create the work orders themselves.
-
Signed report
An inspection report per standard as a PDF, in your branding, straight to the customer.
-
Annual overview per customer
All inspections and leak checks of a customer in one overview, for you and for the customer.
-
Certificates monitored
Certificates of technicians, instruments and independent inspection bodies with their expiry date. An expired technician certificate blocks the work it is required for.
