For technicians

Opening your day

My day shows your visits in order. From a visit you open the work order, start the route and let the customer know you are on your way.

Step by step

  1. Open My day

You see your visits for today in order, with Tomorrow and Later as tabs. Each visit shows the time, the customer, the work order, the address and the status. Pull the list down to update it straight away.

  2. Open a visit

Tap a visit. You see the customer and the address, the access instructions, the safety notes and the contact on site, with a button to call. Below are the assets, with what needs doing on this visit and the last result.

  3. Start the route

Route opens the address in Apple Maps on an iPhone or in Google Maps on Android.

  4. Say you are on the way

Tap On the way. The customer gets a text message or email with the expected arrival time and a link to the status of the visit. When you get there, tap Arrived.

  5. Look at the files

Manuals and drawings of the work order, the location and the assets are under Files. A file you have opened once stays on your phone and then opens offline too.

  6. Close your day

With Close the day you see the kilometres Servaro worked out for each visit today, from your previous visit or your starting point. If a number is wrong, change it and give a reason. This needs internet, and works when your company has Servaro calculate the mileage.

Good to know

  • Notifications lists new, changed and cancelled visits, also when you missed the push notification. Tap a notification to open the visit.
  • At a breakdown that has no work order yet, choose New breakdown job. Search for the customer or choose a location nearby, and fill in the work report straight away.
  • When you complete a work report, the customer of your next visit today gets the on-the-way message by itself.
