Stock and materials

Know what is in every van

Items, vans and the warehouse in one overview. What the technician puts on the work report is deducted from stock and appears on the invoice. So no more materials get lost between the van and the books.

Items

One item list for the office and the van

  • Items and price list

Items with units, barcodes and sales prices. Import your existing list from Excel or CSV.

  • Units

Every item has its own unit, such as pieces, metres or litres, on the work report and on the invoice.

  • Barcodes

Every item can have a barcode. That way you quickly find the right item, also during a van stock count.

Vans and warehouse

Stock that is right, without lists

  • Van stock

What is in each van. Usage on the work report is deducted automatically; a van stock count puts it right.

  • Main warehouse

Book stock in on receipt and see per item and location what is there.

  • Minimum stock

When an item drops below the minimum, the buyer gets a notification with an order list.

  • Transfers with history

Move stock between the warehouse and vans, with a movement history per item.

From van to invoice

Materials become invoice lines by themselves

What the technician puts on the work report is deducted from van stock and becomes an invoice line with the price from the price list. Refrigerant per cylinder counts towards the F-gas logbook.

Bring your items along

You import your existing item list from Excel or CSV. You map the columns, see a preview and get a clear message for any errors.
