F-gases
F-gases sorted, in the same system as your work reports
For refrigeration and HVAC companies: refrigerant per circuit, leak checks scheduled on time and a logbook that is always right. No separate app or Excel file on the side.
Leak checks
The interval follows from the charge
Servaro calculates the CO2 equivalent per circuit, based on the refrigerant, the charge in kilograms and the GWP. That sets the interval for the leak check, and the maintenance plan creates a work order in time.
The thresholds and intervals have been checked against Regulation (EU) 2024/573.
| From | Leak check |
|---|---|
| 5 tonnes CO2-eq. | Every 12 months |
| 50 tonnes CO2-eq. | Every 6 months |
| 500 tonnes CO2-eq. | Every 3 months |
With a permanent leak detection system, longer intervals apply.
What Servaro records
Everything about the refrigerant in one place
-
Circuits
The circuits of each installation, with refrigerant type, charge in kg, GWP and CO2 equivalent.
-
Movements per cylinder
Topping up, recovery and disposal, per cylinder. Once recorded, a movement can no longer be changed.
-
Leak checks
Scheduled from the thresholds and linked to the maintenance plan, with the outcome of each check.
-
Certificates
Technician and company certificates with their expiry date. If a certificate has expired, Servaro blocks work on refrigerants.
-
Instruments
Leak detectors and scales with their calibration date, so you know the measurements are right.
-
Logbook and annual overview
The F-gas logbook as a PDF per installation and an annual overview per customer.
